A Texas native which most people utilize into holiday recipes, is said to produce a "bumper crop" this year. I hear that it's been rough in previous years because of the drought, but this year's rains have helped the pecan crops to increase. It's possible that we may be able to find these nuts at a decent price compared to recent years.
