Texas Borders, Still Full
Yes, it seems that the Texas border is still facing a high number of migrant crossings, despite the efforts of the state and federal authorities to deter and manage them. According to the web search results, the Texas border has seen nearly 400,000 migrant encounters this year, many of whom are from Haiti, Venezuela, and other countries1 Some of the factors that contribute to the influx of migrants are the end of Title 42, a COVID-era policy that limited asylum claims, the word-of-mouth or social media messages that the border is open, and the economic and political crises in the migrants’ home countries
The situation at the Texas border has caused various challenges and controversies, such as the closure of some ports of entry, the overcrowding and inhumane conditions of the makeshift camps, the aggressive tactics of some law enforcement officers, and the political and public backlash against the Biden administration and the Texas governor The US government and its partners are trying to address the crisis by providing humanitarian assistance, expediting the processing and removal of migrants, increasing the border security and cooperation, and supporting the diplomatic and development efforts in the region
However, the Texas border crisis is not likely to be resolved soon, as the root causes of migration are complex and deep-rooted, and the solutions are limited and contested. The Texas border may continue to see more migrants arriving in the coming months, as the weather improves and the demand for labor increases Therefore, the Texas border remains a hot spot for migration, humanitarian, and security issues

THE WALL..........
For instance: I refuse to learn Spanish, so I can get a job. That's what most of your companies and local establishments, put on their job applications. Must speak Spanish! I am an American, from birth, and speak only English. Tell me why I have to learn their language? They should have to learn English to fit into our country legal rights.
Another Reason: Most drug cartels, are doing their best to make America, their dwellings, in order to distribute their illegal drugs, which is killing off our children as well as adults..
Reason: Most fatal accidents on our highways, are made by drunk illegals, who are probably driving cars, that are NOT inspected or legal according to the State/Country laws, for vehicles.
Reason: Our people are working to make our lives comfortable. These people, get everything given to them, while we work our butts off, paying into the government offices, that fund these activities. This isn't right, but it's happening. Our people are suffering at the hands of the illegals, who take, what we can't get.
The Wall just shows these people that we are tired of them taking advantage of the American way, to stop their unwanted dependence on our own way of life. Our elderly, can't get the food, clothing, medical care, and medicines needed. Our soldiers can't get proper help, but they can defend our country, against villains, who come here to destroy our country.
The Wall, would be a symbol against crimes, committed against the American people.
I say, if you want these people here, then give them your home, to live in, while you move your family out into the streets, to be homeless, while they enjoy your once owned comforts of a home. Give them your food, and your money, that you work hard for, and tell them they are welcome. Do this while your family goes without......... I DARE YOU! And you say "no wall", and "open borders". Ha.....what an insane idea, you liberal people, have come up with.........TOTALLY STUPID!

Back Then

Soldiers parade down Elizabeth Street in Brownsville, circa 1916. This was something people would stop and watch. Many looked to see if they knew any of the soldier's that was marching.
