State Fair of Texas

Each year Texas has their huge "State Fair of Texas", which has been known worldwide.  They have this food cooking contest that can come up with some very uncertain fried foods.  This year is no exception, and it looks like we will be in for a treat when the 2010 State Fair opens.
The best "fried foods" finalists have been announced and the winner to be announced later, during the Fair.

Texas Fried Frito Pie
Okay, now I’m confused………just how the heck do you fry a margarita……
