Here it comes, the time of year all Texans look forward to enjoying their BBQ & beer. It's time to get out the smoker/grill, clean it up and get the supplies you need to get this year's weekend fun in gear. There's nothing like a good old cookout with friends and family. 
BBQ ribs, briskets, steaks, sausages, burgers with beans, tater salad, cole slaw, cold beer or iced tea. Man it just don't get any better than that. We love it and try to "getter done" as often as possible. The weather has been just beautiful and it's bringing out the "spring fever" we get when that warm sun hits our skins. Yeah, it's time to get the fire going, and hang out with your best buddies while the meat is on the grill.
