I've been watching this sign and land for the last 4 years and still no Wal Mart!
Before I moved out here Royse City, TX in 2011 the sign was posted on this property on I-30 W. surface road near Royse City, TX. The road work on I-30 has been started but the City & County Codes, must be holding back progress on the shopping center needed to locate the Wal Mart store? I wish we could get this developed and stop the traveling to Rockwall, TX to shop for needed groceries and supplies. Come Royse City, TX, get the ball rolling on this, we've (your citizens) waited long enough and you are loosing needed revenue for our town.
